This tulle skirt has been on heavy repeat over the holidays. This beautiful skirt is made by the amazingly talented Chavah! The best part is she lives right here in Saint John!! This skirt is part of her It Girl collection which debuted at the NBCCD fashion show last April. All the pieces are so feminine and beautiful you are sure to fall in love! This skirt is going to be on heavy rotation in my closet from now on, as it easily transitions through the seasons.
